Belt support, skirting and containment as one system

Richwood load zone solutions bring belt support, sealing, containment and access together where bulk material lands on a conveyor. The range includes Canoe Liners® for internal skirtboard wear protection, Rock Flex® skirt rubber and Richwood Skirt Clamps for external sealing, and the Air Stop™ Box Check System for airflow and dust containment.

Canoe Liners are available in Rock Flex rubber or a Rock Plate™ ceramic and rubber matrix. Air Stop uses a modular enclosure with replaceable rubber baffle curtains to retain fines. For a complete loading station, the Load Station Tailpiece combines support structure, Impact Saddles®, Canoe Liners, return slide idlers and a RockKnocker gravity V-plough. Richwood also assesses modular components for existing skirtboards and conveyor structures.

Load zone solutions: common questions

Can Richwood components be fitted to an existing load zone?

Yes. The modular components are designed for existing skirtboards and structures. Richwood assesses the individual application to specify the fit and coordinate belt support with sealing and containment.

How does Air Stop address conveyor dust?

The Air Stop Box Check System encloses the belt at the load zone and uses replaceable rubber baffle curtains to control airflow and retain fines. It complements the sealing provided by liners and skirting.

What is included in a Load Station Tailpiece?

The Richwood Load Station Tailpiece brings together the support structure, Impact Saddles, Canoe Liners, return slide idlers and a RockKnocker gravity V-plough in a coordinated loading station or tailpiece unit.
