How to explore the range, find technical information and prepare a useful application enquiry.
How do I find a suitable product?+
Start with the solution groups or the guided finder. They point to relevant product families. MSI can then discuss your operating conditions, specifications and manufacturer requirements before confirming suitability.
Can I enquire about more than one product?+
Yes. Use “Add to quote” on any product card or page. Your shortlist carries into the enquiry builder, where you can review or remove selections.
Do I need to know the exact product first?+
No. You can prepare an enquiry with an empty shortlist. Describe the equipment, material and issue, and use the application guides to identify useful information to include.
Where can I find technical specifications?+
The Resources library links to manufacturer PDFs published on MSI’s existing website. Product pages also link relevant documents. Request current, application-specific information when preparing a quotation.
Are prices and stock levels available online?+
Products are supplied by application enquiry. Contact MSI for current specifications, pricing, availability and delivery options.
What should I include in my enquiry?+
Include the equipment or product family, site location, material handled, known dimensions, operating conditions and timing. List the problem you want to resolve and any relevant existing equipment.
How do I send my enquiry to MSI?+
Preview your enquiry, then choose Open email to MSI to create a draft in your email application. Review and send it there. You can also copy or download the brief, or contact MSI by phone. Your enquiry is not sent until you send the email.
Will my shortlist still be here next time?+
Product selections are stored in this browser when local storage is available. You can also copy a shortlist link containing only the product selections. Contact details are held in memory and cleared by a page reload.
