The EMRI Easy Maintenance Retractable Idler frame replaces an existing conveyor return idler assembly with a retractable design. It retains the parameters of the existing return idler arrangement and adds roller trolleys that provide access from beside the conveyor.
An integrated belt-lifting system raises the belt clear of the rollers during planned maintenance. A positive locking arrangement holds the trolleys in their inclined operating position. The frames are matched to the existing return-idler dimensions, so frame details and conveyor geometry are required to confirm the replacement fit.
