UR-60SLF and UR-90CN belt cover repair systems
Normac offers room-temperature curing polyurethane systems for conveyor belt surface repair and rebuilding. UR-60SLF is a self-levelling formulation for flat, horizontal belt cover repairs such as gouges, scrape damage and top-cover restoration. It is supplied in dual cartridges with static-mix nozzles.
UR-90CN is a two-component, low-viscosity polyurethane for trowel-applied patches and rebuilds. Complete repair kits are available. With the specified preparation and primer, the systems bond to belt rubber, polyurethane and PVC; UR-90CN also lists steel. Product selection and repair timing should follow the current technical data for the substrate and ambient conditions.
